H&S Motorsports is proud to introduce the Triple Turbo Kit for the 2011 - 2019 6.7L Power Stroke diesel. This kit is not for the faint of heart! It starts with the highest quality most complete single turbo kit from HS-Motorsports, and then we add two more turbo's to the mix for the ultimate compound turbo set up. The beauty of this set up is the ultimate in spool and tune-ability in the sizing of turbo options to meet everyone's horsepower needs. Depending on turbo sizing and supporting engine modifications they can be sized anywhere from 700hp to 1600hp. You can use any size of Borgwarner S300 turbo combinations, and if needed an Borgwarner S400 is an option for the valley (first stage) turbo. Precision Turbochargers are also an option upon request.

Piping
All HSM piping is fabricated out of high quality steel and tig welded with amazing precision. We take pride in knowing that the fit and finish of every pipe will be at OEM quality or better. Piping is available in raw form (to be coated by you in the color/style of your choice), or you can pick to have it coated in a classy textured black finish as pictured above. Bungs are welded into place in convenient locations for connecting your water injection, nitrous, or any other 1/8" NPT accessory. Plugs are included if you choose to not use any of the supplied bungs. A two piece downpipe is included and will require a 5” aftermarket exhaust system. All piping is crafted here in the USA.

Cast Parts
You will be receiving 3 custom cast pieces with your HSM turbo kit (2 exhaust manifolds and 1 turbo pedestal). These parts were engineered and produced here in the USA using the best possible materials to ensure they will withstand the most extreme temperatures and pressures. Provisions in the exhaust manifolds for exhaust gas temperature sensors (factory sensor or 1/8" npt) are provided, as well as a location to install the OEM exhaust back pressure sensor. All secondary turbo piping is made out oh high quality stainless steel with a billet steel turbo distribution manifold.
Wastegate Provision
- The HSM driver's side exhaust manifold is machined to accept a wastegate.
- Turbosmart 40MM Wastegate is included with this kit to maintain proper drive pressure.
Oil Pan & Scavenge Pump
- 1 aftermarket deep oil pan with billet mounting adaptor for scavenge pump is included.
- 1 Turbo Scavenge pump is provided to properly drain atmosphere turbochargers
Air Intake
- 1 Intake pipe with Mass Air Flow sensor provision included
- 2 S&B Air Filters and Outerwears inlcuded
Intercooler
- An aftermarket intercooler is NOT provided with this kit, but is highly recommended
*HSM can provide an aftermarket intercooler upon request
Batteries
- 1 Battery (Passenger Side) must be relocated and / or installation of 1 single high capacity battery located on the drivers side
Factory Components
- The factory Heat and AC system is maintained with this kit. Slight modification is required
