This warranty applies to products NOT covered under the H&S Motorsports Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty Coverage

H&S Motorsports, LLC (“Seller”) offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of original purchase on select products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and applies only to the original purchaser.

Covered products must be returned with:

  • Dated proof of purchase

  • Prepaid shipping to H&S Motorsports

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by H&S Motorsports. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. The warranty period will not be extended or restarted due to repair or replacement.


Not Covered Under Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor charges, installation, or removal costs

  • Travel time or diagnostic fees

  • Consequential or incidental damages

  • Products purchased used or refurbished

  • Products altered or modified by third parties

  • Products purchased from unauthorized dealers

  • Products purchased below H&S’s Unilateral Pricing Policy

  • Any sales or claims made through Amazon or eBay

  • BorgWarner SX-E Turbochargers: Warranty claims must be handled directly through BorgWarner.

  • Bosch CP3 Pumps:

    • Stock CP3 pumps: Warranty claims must go through Bosch directly

    • Modified CP3 pumps: Warranty handled by H&S Motorsports


Important Notes

  • Most warranty outcomes will follow a repair or replace policy

  • Each claim will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • If you do not agree to these terms, you may return your unused product within 30 days (with proof of purchase) for a full refund, less shipping and handling

Frequently asked questions

Which products are covered by the 1-Year Warranty?

Most products not listed under our Limited Lifetime Warranty fall under the standard 1-Year Warranty. Please check the product page or contact us if you’re unsure.

Why aren’t Amazon or eBay purchases covered?

We do not authorize sales through Amazon or eBay, and therefore cannot support warranty claims for products purchased through those marketplaces.

Can I return a product if I don’t agree to the warranty terms?

Yes. If you haven’t used the product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling), along with proof of purchase.

What happens if my part fails during the warranty period?

You can submit a warranty claim by emailing tech@hs-motorsports.com. Include your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos. We’ll review and guide you from there.

Are labor and installation costs included in the warranty?

No. Labor costs, diagnostics, travel time, and installation/removal fees are not covered under this warranty.
