Description

When you're towing, working, or putting your 6.7L Power Stroke under load, the last thing you need is an intercooler pipe connection coming apart under boost. Factory hot-side connections can separate, causing boost leaks and sudden power loss.

The H&S Motorsports Hot Side Intercooler Pipe Upgrade replaces the factory connection with a heavy-duty billet aluminum coupler and a full 3-inch aluminum pipe. Designed for durability and reliable boost delivery, this direct bolt-on upgrade helps eliminate common factory connection weaknesses without requiring tuning.

Important for 2023–2026 High Output trucks: Some models have a sensor installed in the factory hot-side intercooler pipe. Inspect your factory pipe before ordering. If your truck has this sensor, select the sensor-equipped option to ensure you receive the correct kit.
